The third and last batch (for now) of travel and road movies takes a detour from your usual Hollywood choices. These may be less known, but all of them share the very personal stamp of their creators, maybe more noticeable than in the case of The Popular Ones.

About Y tu mamá también I can say that, even if the movie is framed by some (superficially rather common) storyline the surroundings do portrait a very realistic and honest image of the rural México. I tried to convince your brother to watch it but he's too puritan.

I liked the way they presented the locals in the film, in a subtle but seemingly truthful manner. About Andras, I am not surprised... :) Do you know any other movies portraying Mexico?
